As all of our products are made to order, and many are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
Damages, Lost Orders & Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement o refund to make it right.
